摘 要：
The production process of PCU by intensive mixer is introduced, including process flow, the optimization of main technical indexes, product quality and cost. Compared with the traditional production process of cylinder and fluidized bed, PCU produced by intensive mixer process has advantages of low cost and good coating effect, and its "S" type nutrient release curve is more in line with the nutrient demand of crops.
