摘 要：
本文追溯近五百年大国崛起的历史轨迹,总结了他们成功崛起的四条规律。从建党98周年、建国70周年的奋斗历程可以看出,我们正是顺应着这些规律砥砺前行,中国和平崛起是历史发展的必然趋势。当今世界正处于百年未有之大变局,国际社会亟待中国智慧和中国方案,构建人类命运共同体就是中国共产党的政治核心对人类社会发展规律的又一重要认识和杰出贡献。这一思想体现了中国共产党人的历史担当,既要以自我革命的斗争精神建设一个强大的马克思主义执政党,还要以更加开放的宽广胸襟承载世界和平与繁荣的大国使命。

摘 要：
This article traces the historical track of the rise of the great powers in the past 500 years, and summarizes four rules of their success. From the struggles of the 98 th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party and the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, we can see that it is in accordance with these laws that we have worked hard and made progress along the way. It is an inevitable trend of historical development. The world is in a situation that has not changed for a century. The international community needs Chinese wisdom and a Chinese plan urgently. Building a community of shared future for mankind is another important understanding and outstanding contribution of the political core of the Chinese Communist Party to the laws of human society. This idea reflects the historical responsibility of the Chinese Communist Party. We must not only build a strong Marxist ruling party with the spirit of self-revolutionary struggle, but also bear the responsibility of a more open and broad-minded big country that carries world peace and prosperity.
