苦荆茶多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘 要:
采用小鼠碳粒廓清试验和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验研究苦荆茶多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响。将试验小鼠分为3组,即空白对照组、阳性药物对照组(盐酸左旋咪唑按22.5 mg/kg体重给药)和苦荆茶多糖给药组(苦荆茶多糖按4 g/kg体重给药),给药方式为灌胃给药。7 d后,测定小鼠脾脏指数、碳粒廓清指数、吞噬指数和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果表明,苦荆茶多糖给药组和左旋咪唑给药组小鼠的碳粒廓清指数、脾脏指数和吞噬指数均显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)高于空白对照组,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能显著(P<0.05)高于空白对照组。说明苦荆茶多糖具有增强小鼠机体免疫力的作用。

摘 要:
Using carbon granules clearance test in mice and chicken RBC phagocytosis test of macrophage cell in abdominal,the effects of polysaccharide from Kujingcha on the immune functions of mice were studied. The mice were divided into 3groups including blank control group, levamisole group, Kujingcha polysaccharide group and administrated normal saline,levamisole and Kujingcha polysaccharide with 0.6 mL, 22.5 mg per kg weight and 4 g per kg weight, respectively. After 7days, the spleen index, carbon clearance rate, phagocytic index and monocytes-macrophages function were calculated. The results showed that the spleen index, carbon clearance rate, phagocytic index and in levamisole group and Kujingcha polysaccharide group were significantly or extreme significantly higher than that the in control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). The monocytes-macrophages function in Kujingcha polysaccharide group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). It is indicated that Kujingcha polysaccharides could enhance the immune functions of mice.
