稀土铈对银杏悬浮细胞矿质离子和黄酮含量的影响

摘  要:
银杏是我国传统的药源植物,试验研究以春季的银杏幼叶为外植体,通过建立悬浮细胞培养体系,探讨不同浓度的稀土铈(Ce~(3+))对银杏悬浮细胞矿质离子、叶绿素、黄酮等含量的影响。结果表明:适当浓度的Ce~(3+)能促进银杏悬浮细胞对多种矿质元素的积累。随着Ce~(3+)浓度的增加,K+、Ca~(2+)、Fe~(2+)、Mg~(2+)等元素含量都有显著的增加,当Ce~(3+)的浓度为0.10 mmol/L时,除Fe~(2+)外,其他元素含量达到最高值,之后下降。随着Ce~(3+)浓度的增加,类胡萝卜素和叶绿素含量显著提高,当培养基中Ce~(3+)的浓度为0.10 mmol/L时,叶绿素含量达最高值;当Ce~(3+)浓度在0.10~0.50 mmol/L时,显著地提高了黄酮含量,而在2.00~5.00 mmol/L时,黄酮含量显著下降。研究结果表明:一定浓度的Ce~(3+)有利于银杏悬浮细胞矿质元素的增加;有利于促进银杏悬浮细胞的生长;利于银杏细胞黄酮的积累,提高银杏黄酮含量。

摘  要:
Ginkgo is a traditional Chinese medicine plant sources,ginkgo leaves in spring as explants, through the establishment of suspension cell culture system,was studied to explore the effect of different concentrations of rare earth cerium(Ce~(3+) )on mineral ions,chlorophyll and flavonoids in suspension cell.The results were that appropriate concentration of Ce~(3+) in Ginkgo biloba L. suspension cells can promote the accumulation of a variety of mineral elements. With the increase in Ce~(3+) concentration,K~+,Ca~(2+),Fe~(2+),Mg~(2+) content and other element had significant upward trend;when Ce~(3+) concentration was 0.1 mmol/L,other element concentration were to the highest,then declined. With the increase of Ce~(3+) concentration,carotenoid and chlorophyll content were significantly increased. And when the medium Ce~(3+) concentration is 0.1mmol/L,chlorophyll content was the highest. Culture concentration 0.10 ~0.50 mmol/L Ce~(3+) can significantly improve the flavonoid content, a high concentration(2.00~5.00 mmol/L)Ce~(3+) were significantly decreased flavonoid content. The results of this study showed that cerium can increase mineral accumulation and flavonoid content of Ginkgo biloba L. cells,and improve the growth of Ginkgo biloba L cells.
