新农村建设对北京郊区农民技术采用影响分析——以环境整治和文化建设为例

摘  要：
加强新农村建设,尤其在环境整治和文化建设方面,为农民采用新技术提供必要的环境和条件,已成为北京郊区促进农业健康发展迫切需要解决的问题。该文通过问卷形式对北京郊区的顺义、大兴和密云3个区县农户的新技术采用情况进行了实地访谈,了解了农民个体及新农村建设现状,并针对新农村建设中的农村环境、农民业余文化生活等方面,分别对种植业和养殖业的新技术采用情况进行了因素分析。在此基础上,得出如下研究结论:一是北京郊区的环境设施建设已取得较大成绩,但在文化建设方面还有待进一步加强;二是环境设施建设对养殖业影响较大,对种植业影响较小;三是文化建设对种植业和养殖业均有影响;四是农业推广工作应调整推广方向、更新推广手段。

摘  要：
It is urgent for the healthy development of agriculture in Beijing suburb to strengthen the construction of new rural area,especially the environmental management and cultural construction.Through the questionnaire and on - the - spot interview to the fanners of Shunyi,Daxing and Miyun counties,this paper analyzed the factors impacting the new technologies used in the planting and breeding industry.The results showed that;Firstly,the environmental infrastructure construction had made great achievements in Beijing suburb,but the cultural construction should be further strengthened;Secondly,the environmental infrastructure construction had great influence onthe breeding industry;Thirdly,the cultural construction had influence on both planting and breeding industry;Fourthly, the agricultural extension work should adjust direction and methods.
