摘  要:
文章在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-behnken响应面法对聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)脱除沼液色度进行工艺优化,考察了PAM投加量(X1),酸碱(H+/OH-)投加量(X2)及温度(X3)3个因素对色度去除率的单独作用和交互作用,并建立了数学模型。结果表明,响应面模型具有较高的拟合度,R2=0.9618,回归方程中X1,X2,X3,X12对色度去除率影响显著,X1X3对色度去除率有一定的交互影响。综合考虑,选取最佳工艺条件为:PAM投加量190mg·L-1,H+投加量0.15 mol·L-1,温度20℃,验证实验色度去除率为32.6%,与预测值的相对偏差为1.08%。响应面模型能够较为准确可靠地优化PAM脱除沼液色度的条件并预测色度去除率。

摘  要:
Base on the single factor test,the Box-Behnken response surface methodology was applied for optimizing the removal of chroma by polyacrylamide( PAM) from biogas slurry. The liner,quadratic and interaction effects of PAM dosage( X1),acid or alkali( H+/ OH-) dosage( X2) and temperature( X3) on the removal efficiency were investigated. An empirical mathematical model describing the relationship between response values( the removal of chroma,denoted as Y) and the influence factors was presented. The results demonstrated that regression equation fit well with experimental data,R2=0. 9618. The X1,X2,X3 and X12had significant effects,and X1X3 had an interaction effect on the removal of chroma. Into consideration,the optimum conditions of PAM 190 mg·L- 1,H+0. 15 mol·L- 1and 20 ℃ were determined,when the removal of chroma reached 32. 6% with 1. 1% of relative deviation between the experimental and predicted values. Response surface methodology is suitable for optimizing and predicting the removal of chroma by polyacrylamide( PAM) from biogas slurry and other relative studies.
