锥形螺旋防堵式固液分离机研制

摘  要：
设计了一种螺旋输送分离+螺旋挤压分离的新型锥形螺旋防堵式固液分离机。该设备可自动侦测养殖粪污收集池的水位,实现畜禽粪污固液分离机械自动化处理。试验证明,该设备分离效果好,实用性强,能广泛适合于当前畜禽粪污处理要求。

摘  要：
A new conical cpiral anti blocking type solid-liquid separator with screw conveyor separation and screw extrusion separation was designed. This equipment could automatically detect the water level of sewage collection pool of cultivation. Automatic treatment of solid and liquid separation of livestock and poultry manure was realized. Test results showed that this device had good separation effect and strong practicability. And it could be widely used in current livestock manure treatment requirements.
