摘 要：
丽水市依靠科技,集成每667 m2产千斤粮、万元钱模式10例,通过示范推广,政府强势推动,实现稳定粮食生产与增加效益双赢局面。针对推广中的问题,提出优化体制机制"接短板"、整合政策资源"办大事"、强化管理措施"解难题"、提升农业生产"硬条件"等建议。
