智慧图书馆视域下信息咨询服务特征研究

摘要：

信息咨询服务是图书馆工作的重要组成,智慧图书馆研究的持续深入,为信息咨询服务发展注入了新动力。运用文献调研法,对信息咨询服务的发展和智慧图书馆的研究进行调研,描述智慧图书馆信息咨询服务的特征,从信息咨询服务方面对智慧图书馆的内涵进行了探讨。

Information consulting service is an important component of library work. The continuous deepening of smart library research has injected new impetus to the development of information consulting service.Using the literature research method, this paper investigated the development of information consultation service and the research of smart library, described the features of smart library's information consultation service, and discussed the connotation of smart library from information consultation service.
