院基金管理实践对加强探索项目管理的启示——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘要：

文章介绍了江苏省农业科学院科研基金(以下简称"院基金")在2002～2008年对项目资助的总体情况,从拓宽农业科技投入渠道、促进人才培养、增强科技创新能力等方面分析总结了院基金设立以来所取得的主要成效,并结合院基金的管理实践,从项目定位、项目功能、投入机制、项目管理等方面对江苏省农业科技自主创新资金探索性项目的进一步开展提出了相关建议。

摘要：

The overall information of the projects sponsored by Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences(JAAS) Research Fund during the period from 2002 to 2008 was introduced in the paper.The main achievements the fund has made were analyzed and summarized from the following three perspectives:expanding the channels for agricultural technological input,personnel training and improving the capabilities of scientific and technological innovation.Based on the practice of the management of JAAS Research Fund,suggestions were proposed for the further implementation of exploring projects sponsored by JAAS Innovation Fund from the following four aspects:project positioning,project function,input mechanism and project management.
