摘  要:
[目的]综合评价苹婆种质资源的树形和产量性状、种子品质性状及抗性性状等,筛选出综合性状表现优良的品系,为苹婆种质资源保护、新品种选育及生产开发利用提供参考.[方法]以21份苹婆品系为试材,应用逼近理想解的排序法(DTOPSIS法)对苹婆植株的株高、冠幅、平均单株产量、蓇突果荚皮厚、可食率、种子淀粉含量、种子可溶性糖含量、种子可溶性蛋白含量和果荚虫害率等9个性状指标进行综合评价.[结果]供试的21份苹婆品系中,应用DTOPSIS法计算出的各理想解的相对接近度(Ci)差异明显,最高值为0.7629、0.6980、0.6948,对应的品系分别为SK-7、XD-3和SK-8,表现出树形适中、单株产量高、可食率高及种子淀粉、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量高或抗虫性好等优良特性,且田间实际观察结果与其优良性状相符.Ci值较低的品系分别为SJ-1(0.1735)、NY-1(0.2263)、SK-2(0.2439)、LH-1(0.2634),表现出单株产量低、可食率低、种子主要内含物含量低或抗虫性较差等,亦符合其田间观察结果.[结论]应用DTOPSIS法筛选出SK-7、XD-3和SK-833个综合表现优良的苹婆品系,适于广西区内及环境条件相似的地区推广种植.

摘  要:
【Objective】The tree shape,yield characters,seed quality characters and resistance characters of Sterculia nobilis Smith germplasm resources were comprehensively evaluated to screen potential S. nobilis varieties and lines with fine performance,in order to provide theoretical reference for the protection of the germplasm resources,breeding of new varieties and production,development and utilization.【Method】Twenty-one lines were used as test materials,the dynamic technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(DTOPSIS)method was applied to comprehensively evaluate nine trait indicators. Nine character indexes respectively were plant height,crown amplitude,the average yield per plant,peel thickness of fruit pods,edible rate,starch content of seed,soluble sugar content of seed,soluble protein content of seed and the rate of pest occurrence.【Result】Among the 21 lines tested,the relative proximity values of ideal solutions(Ci)calculated by DTOPSIS method were greatly different. The high values were 0.7629,0.6980 and 0.6948,and the corresponding lines were SK-7,XD-3 and SK-8,respectively. The three lines were characterized by moderate tree shape,high yield per plant,high edible rate,high content of seed starch,high content of seed soluble sugar content,high content of seed soluble protein and strong insect resistance.These good traits were consistent with their field performance. The corresponding lines with low values of Ciwere SJ-1(0.1735),NY-1(0.2263),SK-2(0.2439)and LH-1(0.2634),respectively. All lines showed low yield per plant,low edible rate,low content of main contents of seeds and poor insect resistance,which were also consistent with the field observation results.【Conclusion】In this study,DTOPSIS has been used to comprehensively evaluate three S. nobilis excellent lines SK-7,XD-3 and SK-8 have been screened out. They are suitable to be planted in Guangxi and other regions with similar environmental conditions.
