花生荚果圆筒筛分试验研究

摘  要:
简述花生滚筒分级机的工作原理。针对市场上现有的圆筒筛分设备在分级花生时分级质量差、作业效率低、运行平稳性差、清筛效果不理想等技术难题,构建花生荚果圆筒筛分试验台,以白沙花生为试验物料、分级合格率为主控指标开展试验研究,分析喂料速度、筛筒转速以及导向螺旋螺距对分级指标的影响规律。

摘  要:
Outlines the working principle of the peanut roller grader.A peanut pod cylindrical screening test bench was designed because of the cylindrical screening equipment existing has technical problems to grade peanuts,such as poor quality,low operating efficiency,poor stability,and its screen cleaning effect is not ideal.This experiment makes Baisha peanut as material,analyzes the influence of feed rate,sieve drum speed and the helical pitch of oriented spiral on grading index.
