越南虾类和鲶鱼的养殖及其产品出口贸易现状

摘  要：
越南是全球水产品主要出口国家之一,水产业也是越南政府优先支持发展的行业。近年来,越南渔业迎来高速发展时期,水产品出口贸易发展势头良好,其出口规模保持在全球前5位。虾类和鲶鱼是越南水产品出口的重要种类,这两种水产品每年出口额占越南水产品出口总额的比例已超过50%,越南政府还计划将虾类产业打造成国内经济的支柱产业。通过介绍近几年越南虾类和鲶鱼的养殖生产及其出口贸易发展情况,提出了虾类产业和鲶鱼产业在近期发展中面临的问题,并对其出口贸易前景进行了展望。

摘  要：
Vietnam is a major exporter of aquatic products, and aquatic products win priority support from the government. In recent years, Vietnamese fishery has ushered in rapid development. In this background, the export momentum is powerful, keeping the top five in the world. Shrimp and catfish are important export varieties of Vietnam, the export value of these two was in excess of 50% of total export value aquatic products. This paper takes shrimp and catfish as example, introduces the recent situation of aquaculture and export of these two kinds of aquatic products, put forward problems cropping up in the development process of shrimp and catfish industry and reviews the prospects for development.
