山西省黍子产业现状及发展建议

摘  要：
山西地处黄土高原,气候干旱降雨量少,以旱作农业为主,黍子由于其耐旱和生育期短的特点,十分符合山西气候条件及土壤条件,又因黍子是晋西北地区的重要粮食作物,对山西粮食生产具有十分重要的意义。阐述了山西黍子产业现状及存在的问题,并针对性地提出了发展建议,以期推进山西黍子产业高产高效发展。

摘  要：
Shanxi, located in the Loess Plateau, is dry climate and low rainfall, so it is typical of dry farming town. Shanxi's climate and soil conditions are very suitable for planting millet due to its characteristics of drought and short growth period, and millet is also an important food crop in the northwest of Shanxi province, has a very important effect on grain production. This paper describes the status quo and the existing problems of Shanxi's millet industry, and proposes some development suggestions on solving this problem to promote the high yield and efficiency development of Shanxi's millet industry.
