中国苹果产品出口现状、竞争力分析及提升对策

摘  要:
中国是苹果产品的重要生产国和出口国.2016年我国鲜苹果出口量增加到132.20万t,浓缩苹果汁的出口量回升至50.64万t,均居世界首位.文章分别对比了鲜苹果和浓缩苹果汁贸易五大国的国际市场占有率(MS)、显性比较优势指数(RCA)和出口价格,发现我国鲜苹果和浓缩苹果汁的MS最高,且不断上升;两者的RCA不高,但2016年均有所增加;价格方面,2016年两者的出口价格出现了不同程度的跌落.文章利用钻石模型分析我国在苹果生产条件、相关产业、消费市场和政府作为等方面的优势,并提出相关对策.

摘  要:
China is an important producer and exporter of apple products.In 2016,China's fresh apple export increased to 132.20 million tons,and the export volume of concentrated apple juice rose to 50.64 million tons,ranking first in the world.The international market share(MS),dominant comparative advantage index(RCA)and export price of the five major countries in the trade of fresh apple and apple juice concentrate were compared.Chinese RCA was not high,but there was an increase in 2016.On the price,the export prices of the two in 2016 had fallen to varying degrees.The paper used diamond model to analyze the advantages of China in terms of apple production conditions,related industries,consumer market and government,and put forward relevant countermeasures.
