GA_3处理对刺葡萄和腺枝葡萄种子发芽特性的影响

摘  要:
以贵州野生腺枝葡萄和刺葡萄种子为试材,以栽培品种水晶葡萄种子为对照,研究了GA3对野生腺枝葡萄和刺葡萄种子发芽特性的影响。结果表明:在一定浓度范围内,GA3能显著提高葡萄种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数,缩短平均发芽天数。综合4项指标,适宜水晶浸种的GA3浓度为150~200 mg/L,而适宜刺葡萄和腺枝葡萄的浓度为200~250 mg/L。

摘  要:
Seeds of V.davidii,V.adenoclada and cultivation rape variety were treated by GA3 with different concentration to study the effect of GA3 on their germination characteristic.The results sowed that GA3 could raise their germination rate,germination vigor and germination index and shorten average germination days significantly,and the optimum GA3 concentration for V.davidii and V.adenoclada were 200~250 mg/L and the optimum GA3 concentration for the cultivation rape variety was 150~200 mg/L.
