甘蓝类蔬菜采后保鲜研究进展

摘  要:
甘蓝类蔬菜是一类重要的蔬菜,营养丰富,食用价值高。通过概述蔬菜采后品质劣变的原因、甘蓝类蔬菜采后贮藏特点和传统处理保鲜方法,分析了蔬菜采后品质劣变的解决方法,综述了目前甘蓝类蔬菜保鲜贮藏方面的研究现状,并对甘蓝类蔬菜采后保鲜的研究提出了建议。

摘  要:
Cabbage vegetables were important vegetables in our daily life,and were rich in nutrients with high edible value.This paper summarize the reasons of the quality deterioration,storage characteristics and traditional preservation methods of post-harvest cabbage vegetables,and analyzed the related solutions for the quality deterioration of post-harvest cabbage vegetables.In addition,the paper summarized the current research status on preservation of cabbage vegetables,and gave suggestions on future preservation research of post-harvest cabbage vegetables.
