摘 要：
堆肥滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides composticola)最适生长温度为25℃,在此温度下7～8d完成1个世代。致死温度为45℃15min或50℃15s。当培养料含水量低于68.8％时不能生长。当100g料中含线虫10,25,50,100,250,500和1000条时。蘑菇产量分别比对照降低57,70,76,83,88,93,99％。蘑菇菌株176为最佳寄主;其次为蘑菇菌株102、101和木耳沪耳1号及金针菇9号;在猴头01、平菇001、香菇02上发育不良,甚至死亡。

摘 要：
Experiments showed that the optimum growth temperature of Aphelenchoides composticola was 25℃ and it completed life cycle in 7～8 days at 25℃. It could not survive at 45℃ for 15minutes or at 50℃ for 15 seconds. When the water content of compost was below 67. 8％ ,it could not grow. The mushroom yield in the treatments of inoculation with 10,25,50,100,250,500,and 1 000 nematodes per 100 gram compost were reduced by 57,70,76,83,88,93 and 99 percent,respectively as compared with the control (no nematode inoculation). The best host for A. composticola was strain 176 of Agaricus bisporus, then strains 102 and 101 of A. bisporus, Auricularia auricula (No. 1 of Shanghai wood ear) , Flammulina velutipes(SFV-9). On culture of Hericium erinaceus, Pleurotus ostreatusandLentinusedodes,A. composticola could not grow,even die.
