夏季高温对大白菜不同发育期生化特性的影响研究

摘  要:
研究了大白菜在夏季高温下不同发育期的脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化。结果表明:不同品种(组合)大白菜脯氨酸含量在苗期大于其他时期,对高温较敏感;可溶性蛋白质和丙二醛含量以及CAT活性均出现"高-低-高"的变化趋势,并且CAT活性在耐热性品种(组合)与热敏性品种间差异达到显著水平;SOD活性出现下降的趋势,而POD的活性则出现逐渐升高的趋势,且耐热组合与早熟5号差异显著。说明各物质含量及酶活性的变化可能与大白菜耐热性的生化机理有关。

摘  要:
The contents of proline,soluble protein and malonaldehyde and the changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) activities of Chinese cabbage at different developmental stages were studied under high temperature of summer.The results showed that the proline contents of different cultivars at seedling stage were greater than those at other developmental stages,and sensitive to high temperature.The soluble protein and malonaldehyde contents and CAT activity of different cultivars in developmental stage all presented a "high-low-high"tendency,and the CAT activity of heat-tolerant cultivars was significantly different from that of heat-sensitive ones.The SOD activity presented a downward trend,but the POD activity an upward trend,and there was a significant difference between the heat-tolerant cultivars and heat-sensitive ones.These results suggest that the variations of proline,soluble protein and malonaldehyde contents and enzyme activities are probably related to the biochemical mechanism of heat tolerance of Chinese cabbage.
