鸡堆型艾美耳球虫生物学方法鉴定

摘  要:
【目的】确定单卵囊分离获得的鸡球虫种类。【方法】采用生物学方法,测定该鸡球虫寄生部位、最短孢子化时间、潜伏期、孢子化卵囊和孢子囊大小等生物学特征。【结果】该鸡球虫主要寄生于十二指肠,卵囊呈卵圆形,囊壁光滑分为2层,囊内有1~3个折光性颗粒,未见卵囊残体;测100个孢子化卵囊大小为(13~22)μm×(11~16)μm,平均为16.96μm×12.96μm,形状指数1.31;测60个孢子囊大小为(8~13)μm×(5~8)μm,平均11.22μm×6.83μm;最短孢子化时间为17 h,潜伏期为99 h。【结论】根据该鸡球虫的生物学特征及参考国内外文献,鉴定该鸡球虫为堆形艾美耳球虫(Eimeria acervulina)。

摘  要:
【Objective】To determine the variety of avian coccidium acquired from single oocyst separation. 【Method】Using the biological method to determine the biological characteristics of the avian coccidium as follows: the parasitic part,the shortest sporulated time,the prepatent period,the size of sporulated oocysts and sporocysts.【Result】The avian coccidiosis parasitizes mainly in the duodenum,the oocysts is orbicular-ovate,cyst wall is smooth and divides into 2 layers. There are 1 ~ 3 reflective particles in oocysts,no oocysts residue exists. The size of 100 oocysts is determined as( 13 ~ 22) μm ×( 11 ~ 16) μm,average size is 16. 96μm ×12. 96 μm,the shape index is 1. 31. The size of 60 oocysts is determined as( 8 ~ 13) μm ×( 5 ~ 8)μm,average size is 11. 22 μm ×6. 83 μm The shortest sporulated time is 17 h and the prepatent period is 99 h.【Conclusion】The coccidium can be identified as the Eimeria acervulina according to the biological characteristics and with reference to related literatures.
