同步荧光法测定瑞香狼毒中的总黄酮含量

摘  要：
采用同步荧光法测定瑞香狼毒中的总黄酮含量,以芦丁为标准品,选择Δλ=50 nm,测定λ=437 nm处的同步荧光强度。结果表明,芦丁的线性范围为2.87~5 000μg/L,检出限为0.86μg/L,回收率为98.82%~100.51%,相对标准偏差为0.49%。该法操作简便、准确性好,具有良好的分析应用前景。

摘  要：
Synchronous fluorimetry was applied to assay the total flavanoid in Stellera chamaejasme.The standard sample was rutin,synchronous fluorescence intensity at λ=437 nm was determined while Δλ=50 nm.The results showed rutin linear range was 2.87～5 000 μg/L,the detection limit is 0.86 μg/L,the recovery was 98.82%～100.51%,and the relative standard deviations was 0.49%.The method was simple,accurate and had bright future in analytical applications.
