6种絮凝剂对葡萄酒泥脱清汁的研究

摘  要:
试验研究了6种絮凝剂对葡萄酒泥脱清汁的效果。结果表明,选择合适的絮凝剂,能使胶体脱稳沉降,快速形成大的絮体,便于实现固液分离。复合絮凝剂WY用量为酒泥量的1%时,含水率由88%下降到55%,酒泥体积可缩小为原来的10%,且滤液澄清度高,透光率达98%。

摘  要:
Our experiments investigate the effects of six different flocculants for dewartering from the precipitate component in wine.The results show that it is convinient to seperate the solids from the liquids and the bulk floccule forms quickly if we chose the proper flocculants to let the colloid fall.When the content of the complex-flocculants is about 1% of the precipitate of the wine and the rate of water content comes down from 88% to 55%,the volume of the deposite in wine shrinks to 10% of the former and the clarity of the filtrate is also high and light transmittance comes to 98%.
