低蛋白质饲粮添加谷氨酸对育肥猪蛋白质利用和生产性能的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究低蛋白质饲粮中添加谷氨酸(Glu)对育肥猪蛋白质利用和生产性能的影响。试验1为氮平衡试验,选取6头体重为(54.2±1.0)kg的"杜×长×大"三元杂交去势公猪,采用3×3有重复拉丁方设计,分为3期,每期7 d。设计3种不同粗蛋白质(CP)水平的饲粮,分别为14.0%CP(对照组)、12.5%CP+Glu和11.0%CP+Glu。试验2为饲养试验,采用完全随机区组试验设计,选取30头体重为(57.4±0.2)kg的"杜×长×大"三元杂交去势公猪,随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头猪。试验饲粮同试验1,试验期为35 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,低蛋白质饲粮中添加Glu可显著降低育肥猪的总氮摄入量、尿氮和总氮排放量(P<0.05);11.0%CP+Glu组的氮生物学价值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,低蛋白质饲粮中添加Glu对育肥猪的末重和平均日增重无显著影响(P>0.05),但可显著降低CP摄入量和日均CP摄入量/平均日增重(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,低蛋白质饲粮中添加Glu可显著降低育肥猪的血浆葡萄糖、尿素氮和游离脂肪酸含量(P<0.05)。4)11.0%CP+Glu组育肥猪的空肠黏膜葡萄糖和丙酮酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而11.0%CP+Glu和12.5%CP+Glu组空肠黏膜乳酸含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,低蛋白质饲粮中添加Glu可降低育肥猪的尿氮和总氮排放量,提高蛋白质利用效率,对育肥猪的生产性能无显著影响。

摘  要:
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of low-protein diet supplemented with glutamate( Glu) on the protein utilization and performance of finishing pigs. In experiment 1,six "Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire"three-way hybrid castrated boars with body weight of( 54.2±1.0) kg were used in a 3×3 replicated Latin square trial to investigate the effects of dietary Glu on nitrogen balance. The experiment included 3 periods with 7 days per period. The 3 diets with different levels of crude protein( CP) were 14.0% CP( control group),12.5% CP+Glu and 11. 0% CP+Glu. Experiment 2 was a feeding test,thirty "Duroc ×Landrace ×Yorkshire"three-way hybrid castrated boars with body weight of( 57.4±0.2) kg were randomly assigned to 3 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate by completely randomized block design. The experimental diets were same as experiment 1. The experiment 2 lasted for 35 days. The results showed as follows:1) compared with control group,low-protein diet supplemented with Glu significantly decreased the total nitrogen intake,urinary nitrogen and the total nitrogen losses of finishing pigs( P<0.05). Nitrogen biological value in 11.0% CP+Glu group was significantly higher than that in control group( P<0.05). 2) Compared with control group,low-protein diet supplemented with Glu had no significant effects on final body weight and average daily gain( ADG)( P<0.05),but significantly decreased CP intake and the ratio of average daily CP intake to ADG( P<0.05). 3) Compared with control group,low-protein diet supplemented with Glu significantly decreased the contents of glucose,urea nitrogen and free fatty acids in plasma of finishing pigs( P<0.05). 4)The contents of glucose and pyruvic acid in jejunal mucosa of finishing pigs in 11.0% CP+Glu group were significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05),and the content of actic acid in jejunal mucosa in11.0% CP+Glu and 12.5% CP+Glu groups was significantly lower than that in control group( P<0.05). In conclusion,low-protein diet supplemented with Glu can decrease urinary nitrogen and the total nitrogen losses,improve protein utilization and has no significant effect on performance of finishing pigs.
