摘 要：
近年来,随着国家创新驱动发展战略的加快实施,我国在科研单位大型仪器设备方面投入巨大,显著提升了科学研究的基础条件水平。但因受各种条件制约,目前,大型科研仪器设备仍存在着配置不均、重复购置、低效使用等问题。为提高大型仪器设备共享使用效率,文章尝试运用项目管理理论,对建立完善大型科研仪器设备共享机制进行一些有益的探索与研究。

摘 要：
In recent years, as the implementation of innovation drive development strategy, China invested a huge amount of money into large apparatus and equipment for scientific research institutes, which significantly improved the basic conditions for scientific research. However,due to the various limited factors, large apparatus and equipment is still facing many problems, such as the uneven configuration, repeat purchase, and low utilization efficiency. In order to optimize the sharing mechanism and improve the utilization efficiency, we explored and used the theory of project management to establish the sharing mechanism of the large apparatus and equipment, and put forward some constructive suggestions.
