秸秆育秧基质粉碎机设计与研究

摘  要:
介绍秸秆育秧基质粉碎机的结构和工作原理,重点对粉碎刀组和可调粉碎台的设计进行了阐述。基于CATIA对该机进行三维实体建模,利用ANSYS软件对刀轴进行有限元分析,用以确定刀轴的结构设计与选材满足工作强度需求。研制了样机,通过对水稻、小麦、玉米秸秆粉碎试验结果显示:小于5cm长度的秸秆粉碎平均合格率分别为91.79%、92.52%和93.90%,试验结果表明粉碎机性能良好。

摘  要:
The structure and working principle of straw crusher for seedling substrates were introduced in detail,especially gived detailed explanation about the design of crushing blades and adjustable crushing bench.Based on the 3Dsolid model by CATIA and finite element analysis by ANSYS on blade shaft,the structure and materials have been defined to satisfy the need of working strength.The test on crushing the straws of rice,wheat and corn illustrated that the average qualification rates of crushing straws which were less than 5cm are 91.79%,92.52% and 93.90%,which indicated the good performance of the straw crusher.
