不同杀菌剂对柑橘疮痂病菌的室内毒力测定

摘  要:
为筛选出对柑橘疮痂病病菌[痂圆孢菌(Sphaceloma fawcetti Jenkins)]高效、低毒、低残留药剂供生产上使用,采用生长速率法测定了9种杀菌剂对该菌的室内毒力。结果表明,9种药剂对柑橘痂圆孢菌菌丝生长的抑制效果不同,25%咪酰胺EC和10%苯醚甲环唑WG抑菌作用最强,其EC50值分别为0.0267μg/mL和0.036 2μg/mL;60%唑醚.代森联WG次之,其EC50值为1.610 1μg/mL,抑菌作用也较强;75%代森锰锌WG和3%中生菌素WP有较好抑菌活性,其EC50值均小于42μg/mL;25%嘧菌酯SC效果最差,EC50值为80274.9701μg/mL。

摘  要:
In order to screen efficiency,low toxicity and low residual fungicides for the alternant use in citrus production,toxicity measurement of nine fungicides were studied on citrus scab disease with the method of growth rate.The results showed that the nine fungicides had different effects on mycelium growth of Sphaceloma fawcetti.The effects of 25% Prochloraz EC and 10% Difenoconazole WG behaved best,and their EC50 were 0.026 7 μg/mL and 0.036 2 μg/mL,respectively;followed by 60% Pyraclostrobin·Metiram WG whose EC50 was 1.610 1 μg/mL.The EC50 of 75% Mancozeb WG and 3% Zhongshengmycin WP was both less than 42 μg/mL;while 25% Chloronitropropane SC behaved worst,and its EC50 was 80 274.970 1 μg/mL.
