中国的芥菜起源探讨

摘  要:
从我国芥菜起源和发展的历史考证、野生芥菜及原始亲本种的存在与分布、栽培芥菜的变异与分布等方面,对中国的芥菜起源进行探讨,结果证明:中国是芥菜原生起源中心或起源中心之一;西北地区是中国的芥菜起源地;中国的栽培芥菜是由原生中国的野生芥菜进化而来,最早的出现年代在公元前6世纪以前;四川盆地是芥菜的次生起源中心。

摘  要:
It has been textually researched through the origin and development of mustard (Bra-ssica juncea) in China and the existence and distribution of wild mustard and its prime parent, the variance and dietribution of cultivated mustard and so on. The results indicated that China, especially in the northwest, is the or one of prime original centre of mustard. The cultivated mustard was evolved by the wild mustard in China, appeared earli-estly before B.C.6th century. Sichuan is the secondary original center of mustard.
