河北省棉花种植面积减少的原因和对策

摘  要：
河北省是黄河流域棉区的主要棉花生产省份之一,通过对该省份植棉情况的调研表明,近几年由于受棉花收购价格低位运行、生产成本不断上升、农村青壮年劳动力大量外出务工、植棉劳动强度大、自然灾害频发、涉棉优惠政策发布不及时等多重因素影响,棉花种植面积逐年减少。并针对以上问题提出了相应的解决措施,以期能够指导棉花生产,为政府决策部门提供参考。

摘  要：
Hebei province is one of the main cotton growing provinces in the Yellow River basin,through the investigation of the planting situation in Hebei province,the author concluded that,in recent years,because the cotton price low,production costs rising,a large number of rural young adults work in the city,intensity labor,natural disasters,preferential policies on cotton release not timely,cotton planting area was reducing year by year. and put forward the corresponding solution measures,aiming at the above problems,in order to guide the cotton production,provide reference for government decision-making departments.
