吴地名蟹考述——兼论阳澄湖蟹品牌文化的形成

摘  要:
吴地水系发达,土肥水广,蟹资源丰富,尤其太湖蟹、紫须蟹、阳澄湖大闸蟹等珍品名蟹,闻名一时。由于社会生态环境的变化,吴地蟹类的发展也受到一定的影响。除阳澄湖大闸蟹外,其余名蟹已是盛名不再。本文在爬梳历史文献的基础上,对于吴地名蟹进行考订整理,并由此探究阳澄湖大闸蟹得以盛名远扬的原因。

摘  要:
The Wu area has developed water system, the soil is fertile, the water is wide, and the crab resources are rich, especially the rare crabs, such as Taihu Crab, Purple Beard Crab, and Yangcheng Lake Hairy Crab are famous. Due to changes in the social ecological environment, the development of Wu area crabs has also been affected to some extent. With the exception of Yangcheng Lake Hairy Crabs, the other named crabs are no longer celebrated. Based on a review of historical documents, this article reviews and organizes Wu area well-known crabs, and explores the reasons why Yangcheng Lake Hairy Crabs are so famous.
