茶组植物的化学分类及数值分类

摘  要：
连续两年用纸色谱、分光光度法、区带纸电泳—薄层扫描法及 HPLC 法测定了张氏系统中的21种茶组植物新梢中的咖啡碱、可可碱、儿茶素组成、茶氨酸、游离氨基酸总量及幼果中的哌啶-2-羧酸。根据化学、形态学及植物的地理分布等证据,采用化学分类和数值分类学方法探讨了茶组植物种群的归属和分类。分类结果表明,茶组可分为五室茶 C.quinquelocularea Du et Li.和三室茶 C.trilo cularea Du et Li.两个种。三室茶具有中小叶茶 C.var.micro-midph-yllaea Du et Li.大叶茶 C.macrophyllaea Du et Li.和苦茶 C.var.kuiea Du et Li.3个变种。

摘  要：
Caffine,theobromine,catechins and amino acids in the shoots of 21 pla-nts subordinated to Thea section(by Chang Hungta)were analysed withpaper chromatography,spectrophotometric analysis,paper band-electropho-risis-chromatogram scanner and high performance liquid chromatography.Chemical and numerical taxonomies of Thea Section Plants were carriedout based on the chemical chracters,morphological characters and regionaldistribution of the plans in Yunnan province.According to the taxonomies,Thea section included 2 species,e.g.C.quinquelocularea Duet Li and C.trilocularea Du et Li.And C.trilocularea Duet Li included three variet-es,e.g.C,var.micro-midphyIlaea Du et Li,C.var.macrophyllaea Du et Liand C.var.Kuiea Du et Li.
