摘  要：
基于县级面板数据,揭示了1994—2008年河南省耕地利用集约度和各投入要素集约度的变化特征及其区域差异,并通过构建计量经济模型来分析河南省耕地利用集约度的影响因素。结果表明:(1)1994—2008年,河南省耕地利用集约度逐年上升,化肥、地膜、农药、农用机械动力、农用柴油的集约度不断提高,劳动力集约度在2000年达到顶点后逐年下降;(2)河南省耕地利用集约度的区域差异呈现波浪式的变化特征。其中劳动力投入的区域差异表现出明显的阶段性;(3)经济发展水平和农业产业政策对河南省耕地利用集约度变化产生显著的正向影响,人均耕地面积、农业生产资料价格指数负向影响明显。因此,河南省未来应更多关注化肥、农药投入增加可能带来了农业生态环境问题以及通过加大经济落后地区的农业扶持力度来全面实现河南省耕地的集约、高效利用。

摘  要：
Based on the county level panel data,we analyzed the change and regional disparities of the arable land use intensity and input factors intensity in He′nan Province from 1994 to 2008.Then we constructed econometric model to analyze the influencing factors on arable land use intensity of He′nan Province.The results showed that:(1)from 1994 to 2008,arable land use intensity,chemical fertilizer intensity,plastic film intensity,pesticide intensity,agricultural machinery power intensity,agricultural diesel oil intensity were all in growing trend,on the contrary,labor intensity began to decline after reaching the highest point in2000;(2)regional difference of arable land use intensity showed a waving trend,and labor intensity took on obvious periodic;(3)economic development level and agricultural policy had a significant positive influence on arable land use intensity,per capita actual area and price indices of means of agricultural production were just the opposite.Therefore,He′nan Province should pay more attention to agricultural ecological environment problems caused by the increase of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,and make poor areas fully realize the intensive and efficient utilization of the arable land use intensity by increasing agricultural support.
