常山口服液制备工艺研究

摘  要:
为满足禽病临床防治的需要,在常山散剂的基础上研制常山口服液。从助溶剂、防腐剂、p H值以及口服液澄清度和常山碱含量等方面综合评价,确定常山口服液的最佳生产工艺条件。结果表明,常山口服液的最佳生产工艺条件为:1.5%吐温-80、0.5%苯甲酸钠和p H值5-6;在此条件下,口服液澄清度较好、无沉淀和分层、常山碱含量较高。结果提示,以上口服液的制备方法具有工艺简单、成本较低、有效成分含量高等优点,为今后常山口服液的制备和工业化生产奠定了基础。

摘  要:
To meet the needs of the clinical prevention and treatment of avian disease, Dichroa oral liquid was prepared on the basis of the powder. Considering the cosolvent, preservatives, p H value, the clarity of oral liquid and the content of febrifugine, the optimal production conditions of Dichroa oral liquid were determined. The results showed that the optimal production conditions of Dichroa oral liquid were 1.5% Tween 80, 0.5% sodium benzoate and 5-6 of p H value. On this condition, the oral liquid had betterclarity, non-precipitation, non-layered, and higher content of febrifugine. The results suggested that the preparation method above has simple process, lower cost, higher content of febrifugine, etc.. This study provided the technical support for the preparation and the industrial production of Dichroa oral liquid in future.
