硫酸镁制备高纯氢氧化镁工艺技术的研究

摘  要:
采用硫酸镁与氨为原料,研究了硫酸镁质量分数、氨镁摩尔比、搅拌转速及反应终点溶液的pH值对Mg(OH)_2纯度及产率的影响,得到制备氢氧化镁的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,硫酸镁质量分数为15.70%、氨镁摩尔比为6.0、搅拌转速为400 r/min、反应终点溶液p H值控制在11.10的工艺条件下,Mg(OH)_2的纯度达到99.45%,产率达到92.31%,为回收利用高镁磷尾矿中镁资源生产氢氧化镁提供重要参数。

摘  要:
The effects of mass fraction of magnesium sulfate, molar ratio of magnesium sulfate and ammonia,rotational speed, and p H of the solution at the end of reaction on purity and yield of Mg(OH)_2are studied toobtain the optimal process conditions with magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and ammonia as raw materials. Theresults show that, the purity and yield of Mg(OH)_2are respectively 99.45%, 92.31% under the conditions ofmass fraction of magnesium sulfate of 15.70%, molar ratio of magnesium sulfate and ammonia of 6.0, rotationalspeed of 400 r/min, p H of the solution at the end of reaction of 11.10, which provide important parameters forthe recovery and utilization of magnesium resources in high magnesium phosphate tailings to produce magnesiumhydroxide.
