加热条件下液体射流不稳定性的高通滤波研究

摘 要:
利用基于光学高通滤波高速摄像法建立的实验系统,研究了加热条件下环境温度、环境压力、气体密度、启喷压力和液体种类等参数对液体射流热不稳定性的影响规律。研究结果表明,液体射流的温度梯度、气体密度、射流速度的增加都是液体射流破碎的强烈失稳因素,对加热条件下液体射流的破碎有显著的促进作用,而液体种类对射流破碎不稳定性的影响是复杂和综合性的。实验结果与理论所给出的液体射流破碎不稳定性的结论是吻合的。

摘 要:
By using experimental setup based on the optical high-pass filter and high-speed photographing technology, the effects of various parameters such as gas temperature, gas pressure, gas density, injecting pressure and variety of liquids on the instability of a liquid fuel jet under heating conditions were studied. It was found that the temperature gradient, gas density and jet velocity were all very significant unstable factors on the liquid jet, and showed strong positive effects on the breakup of it. On the other hand, the effect of fuel type on the breakup of the liquid jet was very complicated and comprehensive. The experimental results agreed fairly well with those given by the instability theory.
