推拉理论视角下的农户生态耕种行为采纳意愿

摘  要：
为提高农户生态耕种行为采纳意愿,以期为实现耕地生态保护目标提供参考。基于江西省1 488份农户问卷调研数据,结合推拉理论构建农户生态耕种行为的分析框架,建立多元回归模型归纳主要影响生态耕种的推力和拉力因素。结果表明:1)家庭成员健康情况、农业生产造成环境问题的严重性、耕地质量变化是主要推力;2)政府是否对生态耕种补贴、家中耕地是否流转、实施生态耕种是否会增加收益、是否参与新农保是主要拉力;3)农户文化程度、认知程度同样也是考量因素。基于此,基层政府应强化精准宣传,重点关注对环境变化较为关心的农户,树立典型,以点带面带动其他农户,同时应实施差异化补贴机制,以此有效提高农户生态耕种行为采纳意愿。

摘  要：
In order to improve farmers′ willingness to adopt ecological farming practices,it was expected to provide reference for realizing the ecological protection objectives of cultivated land.Based on the survey data of 1 488 farmer in Jiangxi Province,combined with the push-pull theory to construct the analysis framework of farmers′ ecological farming behavior,the multi-regression model was established to summarize the thrust and tension factors that mainly affect ecological farming.The study found that,1)The health of family members,the seriousness of environmental problems caused by agricultural production,and cultivated land quality change was the main thrust;2)Does the government subsidize ecological farming,whether the cultivated land in the home was transferred,and would ecological farming increase revenue,whether to participate in the new rural insurance was the main pull;3)The level of education and awareness of farmers was also the consideration.Based onthese,the grassroots government should strengthen the precise propaganda,focused on the farmers who were more concerned about environmental changes,establish a typical point to promote other farmers,and implement a differentiated subsidy mechanism to effectively improve the farmers′willingness to adopt ecological farming practices.
