建立粮食生产功能区,是确保国家粮食安全与优化农业生产布局的重要举措,将有助于深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革,全面实施藏粮于地、藏粮于技战略。幕阜山片区是湖北省精准扶贫四大主战场之一,介绍了全国与湖北省粮食生产功能区建设概况,以及湖北省幕阜山片区粮食生产功能区建设情况,探讨了乡村振兴战略与精准扶贫战略下,该片区粮食生产功能区建设的策略。

摘  要：
The establishment of functional areas for grain production is an important measure to ensure the national grain security and optimize the distribution of agricultural production. It will help to further promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side, and comprehensively implement the strategy of storing grain for the land and storing grain for technology.The Mufu mountain area, is one of the four main battlegrounds of targeted poverty alleviation in Hubei province. The overview of building the functional zones of grain production in China and Hubei province was introduced, the functional zones of grain production in the poverty alleviation area was studied, the tactics to build functional zones of grain production under the rural revitalization strategy and the targeted poverty alleviation strategy were explored.
