香樟与杂种马褂木树叶乙醇提取物对菜青虫的拒食作用

摘  要:
为丰富植物源杀虫剂资源,降低蔬菜产品农药残留风险,提高质量安全,采用选择性叶碟法研究香樟和杂种马褂木的叶片粗提物及其共有的主成分芳樟醇和樟脑对菜青虫的拒食作用。结果表明:香樟和杂种马褂木叶片的乙醇提取物对菜青虫有极显著的拒食作用,拒食反应指数分别为97.74和62.97;芳樟醇和樟脑以2mg/1.5cm ID叶碟的剂量使用时,拒食反应指数分别达89.36和39.88。菜青虫依赖嗅觉系统不能识别芳樟醇和樟脑,在2种物质处理叶碟上的取食持续期为30s左右,表明2种物质具有摄入后的生理毒性。

摘  要:
To enrich botanical insecticide resource,reduce the risk of pesticide residue in vegetable products and enhance the quality safety,Using the method of selective leaf disc test,the author tested the antifeeding activity of two species,C.camphoraand L.chinense× L.tulipifera,against P.rapaelarvae.The common components(linalool and camphor)of the two species were extracted and used in the test.Results:The ethanol extracts of the two species had very significant antifeeding activity for the P.rapae larvae.The antifeeding indices of C.camphora and L.chinense× L.tulipifera were 97.74 and 62.97,respectively;When the dose of 2 mg per 1.5cm ID leaf disc for linalool and camphor was used,the antifeeding responses reached 89.36 and 39.88,respectively.The larvae used in the test could not recognize the difference between linalool and camphor by olfactory feeling.The feeding duration of larva individuals on the treated leaf discs containing linalool or camphor was about 30 s,suggesting that the two common major components of the two species had physiological toxicity after ingested.
