人工种植芨芨草对沙漠土壤藻类的影响

摘  要:
以自然状态下沙漠土壤作为对照,对五年生芨芨草地不同土层土壤藻类进行培养和鉴定,分析沙漠人工种植芨芨草后土壤藻类的变化和分布特点。结果表明,沙漠人工种植芨芨草以后,土壤藻类的种类和数量明显增加,分布范围明显加深。土壤中藻类以蓝藻最多,绿藻次之,也有少量硅藻和裸藻分布。从垂直分布来看,土壤藻类集中分布在结皮层,随着土层的加深,藻类逐渐减少,10cm以下无藻类分布。沙漠人工种植芨芨草对于促进土壤藻类生长,改善土壤有显著作用。

摘  要:
Taking the soil under the natural desert soil as a contrast,by experiment,the differences of soil algae between a five-year Achnatherum splendens land and natural land were researched.The samples were respectively sampled at biological crusts and soil depths of 0~5cm,5~10cm,10~20cm,20~30cm,30~40cm,40~50cm,50~60cm below the crusts in May 2006,Algae of desert soil were cultured and identified.The results show that soil algae increased obviously after planting A.splendens in desert soil,and their range of distribution increased obviously,most of the algae were blue-green algae,green algae came second place,diatoms and euglenoids were the least.Soil algae concentrated in crusts.With the soil-layer's deepening,algae decreased gradually.There was no algae under 10cm layer.We can draw a conclusion that A.splendens has an obvious effect on advancing the balance of micro-ecosystem and improving the desert soil.The main purpose of this study is to show the effect of planting A.splendens on algae and provide a scientific basis for extensively planting A.splendens in desert improvement in Xinjiang.
