知识管理视角下高新技术企业动态能力提升研究

摘要：

在现有研究成果基础上结合高新技术企业的特点确定了其动态能力的四个维度和知识管理的三个过程。在此理论基础上对知识管理如何影响动态能力的提升提出4个总假设和12个子假设,并据此构建了知识管理作用下的动态能力影响模型。通过AMOS软件构建结构模型并进行数据分析,得出12个子假设中有8个成立,4个不成立,从而证明四个总假设成立,即高新技术企业知识管理能力对其动态能力的提升具有重要的促进作用。

摘要：

On the basis of the existing research results, this paper determines the four dimensions of dynamic capability and three processes of knowledge management in combination with the characteristics of high-tech enterprises. Then put forward four general assumptions and twelve detailed assumptions, set up a dynamic capability generation model which is under the action of knowledge management and analyze them by building a structural equation model in AMOS software. Finally, we get the conclusion that eight of the twelve assumptions are established and the other four are wrong. This also proves that four general assumptions are all established. It means knowledge management processes have significant positive effect on dynamic capabilities.
