授粉方式对不同亚属杜鹃间远缘杂交结实的影响

摘  要:
为了克服杜鹃花属植物杂交授粉前障碍,以南京地区栽培的映山红(Rhododendron simsii)、满山红(R.mariesii)及马银花(R.ovatum)为母本,云锦杜鹃(R.fortunei)、猴头杜鹃(R.simiarum)、大白杜鹃(R.decorum)及马缨杜鹃(R.delavayi)花粉为父本,探讨延迟授粉、NAA涂抹柱头、花粉培养液涂抹柱头、食盐水涂抹柱头、正己烷涂抹柱头和加热花粉6种授粉方法对杂交结实的影响。结果表明:不同的杂交组合适宜的杂交授粉方法不同,在所配置的8个杂交组合中,延迟授粉显著提高了其中6个杂交组合的子房膨大率,是克服杜鹃亚属间远缘杂交障碍的有效方法;食盐水、花粉培养液涂抹柱头及加热花粉也提高部分杂交组合的子房膨大率;0.1%NAA处理仅对映山红×猴头杜鹃、映山红×马缨杜鹃及马银花×猴头杜鹃3个杂交组合有效;而正己烷处理则对大部分组合的结实有抑制作用。

摘  要:
Rhododendron simsii,R. mariesii and R. ovatum were used as female parents,crossed with R. fortunei,R. simiarum,R. decorum and R. delavayi,and the effects of 6 different pollination methods on fruit setting were studied in order to overcome incompatibility caused by pre-fertilization barriers. The results showed that the best pollination method varied with different combinations. In 6 of 8combinations,delayed pollination increased the fruit setting rate significantly; pollination after the treatment of 3% salt solution,pollen culture solution [sucrose 50 g / L + H3BO310 mg / L + Ca( NO3)2·4H2O 300 mg / L] and pollination of heated pollen promoted fruit setting in some combinations; pollination after the treatment of 0. 1% NAA had facilitation just in R. simsii × R. simiarum、R. simsii × R. delavay and R. ovatum × R. simiarum; however,pollination after the treatment ofhexane inhibited fruit setting in most combinations.
