葡萄体内苯丙烷代谢与其对霜霉病抗性的关系

摘  要:
通过田间自然发病调查,结合盆栽接种试验研究了不同葡萄品种对霜霉病的抗性。对不同抗病类型的葡萄品种受霜霉病菌(Plasmopara viticola)侵染后苯丙烷代谢途径的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性及绿原酸和木质素含量的变化与抗病性的关系进行了相关分析。结果表明,PAL活性与葡萄品种对霜霉病的抗性呈极显著正相关。伴随PAL的变化,绿原酸和木质素两种物质在抗病品种中积累的速度和量也远大于感病品种,表明由PAL控制的苯丙烷代谢是葡萄对霜霉病的抗性机制之一。

摘  要:
The relationships,which are among the different grapevine varieties' resistance to downy mildew resulted from inoculation of Plasmopara viticola,the enzymatic activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),the content of chlorogenec acid,and the content of lignin,are studied using pot culture and inoculation system.Aftre the inoculation the activity of PAL in all varieties increased significantly and then decreased.The increasing of PAL activity in resistant variety is much higher and last longer than the one in susceptible variety.Accompanied with the increased,and also the increasing in resistant variety is higher and faster than the one in susceptible variety.There is a close relationship between the resistance and the PAL activity.The role of PAL is achieved by its controlling metabolic products.
