摘  要：
The compound talents with agricultural professional knowledge,strong innovative consciousness and enterprise ability,who are familiar with the basic situation of Three Agriculture are needed in the new socialist countryside construction.Taking Wenzhou Science & Technology Vocational College as an example,the training mode of'supervisor+projects+team+base+farmers' is practiced,and the sustainable development system of enterprise education is established to train the agricultural professional and applied talents.
