陕北东亚钳蝎血淋巴特性初测

摘 要：
为探明陕北野生东亚钳蝎血淋巴的一般生理生化特性,采用针刺毛细管法提取蝎血淋巴,测定其渗透压、p H、总蛋白质含量、细胞数目及类型等多项特性。结果显示,陕北野生蝎的新鲜淋巴液为淡琥珀色,占体重的4.64%;其渗透压相当于0.6%NaCl溶液的渗透压;p H 6.4~6.7,偏酸性;总蛋白质含量为27.013 mg/m L。醋酸纤维薄膜电泳分离蝎血淋巴血清蛋白质,可见7条明显条带。血淋巴中的细胞数为1.79×107个/m L,可分为5种不同类型,其中原血细胞占75.37%,类绛色细胞占1.73%,浆血细胞占2.30%,囊血细胞占21.31%,粒血细胞占1.98%。这些研究结果为陕北蝎的人工养殖及蝎资源的进一步开发和利用积累了系列技术参数,具有非常重要的基础理论和现实意义。

摘 要：
In order to investigate the physiological and biochemical characteristics of hemolymph in Buthus martensii Karsch in Northern Shaanxi,scorpion hemolymph was collected by acupuncture and osmoticpressure,p H,total protein content,cell quantity and type were determined.The results showed that the color ofhemolymph was amber.The weight of hemolymph accounted for 4.64% of its body weight.Its osmotic pressurewas corresponding to that of 0.6% NaCl.Its p H value was 6.4~6.7.Protein content in scorpion hemolymph was27.013 mg/m L and cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis showed 7 bands.The total number of bloodcells in scorpion hemolymph was 1.79 × 107 per milliliter.Five kinds of cells and their proportions wereidentified,which were prohemocyte(75.37%),oenocytoide(1.73%),plasmatocyte(2.30%),cystocyte(21.31%)and granulocyte(1.98%).These results provided series of experimental data for artificial breeding and furtherdevelop and utilization of scorpion resources in Northern Shaanxi,and had important theoretical and realisticsignificance.
