东北地区农机制造业在20世纪六七十年代,曾有过辉煌,但近年来已处于明显落后状态。为此,针对东北地区农机制造业的共性问题,从体制与机创新两方面,提出了若干建议,旨在为东北地区农机制造业的振兴提供借鉴。

摘  要：
The northeast area of agricultural machinery had great resplendence in the about 60 age 21st centuries,but it showed drop behind in the recent years.Therefore,according to the northeast area of agricultural machine exists the common problems,put forward some suggests in the system and mechanism innovation,in order to provide references for agricultural machinery manufacturing’s development in the northeast area of China.
