蛋氨酸硒对雪峰乌骨鸡硒营养状况的影响

摘  要:
为探明蛋氨酸硒对雪峰乌骨鸡组织硒含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响,选用1日龄雪峰乌骨鸡600羽,随机分成5组,每组设3个重复,每重复40羽,分别饲喂基础日粮和在基础日粮中添加蛋氨酸硒(分别添加硒为0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7mg/kg)的5种饲粮.试验期8周,试验第4周和结束时,取样测定组织中硒含量和GSH-Px的活性.结果显示:(1)全血及肝脏硒含量、全血GSH-Px活性在硒添加量为0.1~0.3mg/kg时随着硒添加量的增加而提高(P<0.05),到0.3mg/kg硒时达到高峰;0.5~0.7mg/kg硒添加量时随着硒添加量的增加而下降.肝脏GSH-Px活性随着硒添加量的增加而提高,但无明显峰值.(2)同一硒水平,全血硒含量及GSH-Px活性生长前期(0~28日龄)高于生长后期(28~56日龄);肝脏中硒含量及GSH-Px活性刚好相反.(3)日粮中添加蛋氨酸硒显著提高了雪峰乌骨鸡组织硒含量及GSH-Px的活性,以添加0.3mg/kg效果最好,因此,以蛋氨酸硒为添加形式时,在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中雪峰乌骨鸡硒的适添加量为0.3mg/kg.

摘  要:
A total of six hundred Xuefeng black-boned chickens were used to investigate the effects of Methionine- Selenium (Met-Se) on the tissue Selenium content and GSH-Px activity.The birds were assigned to be fed one of the five diets (corn soybean meal as basic diet,or dietary Met-Se of 0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7 mg/kg added to the basic diet respectively).Each dietary treatment had 3 replicated pens of 40 chickens per pen.The liver and blood samples were determined at 28-d-old and 56-d-old for Se content and GSH-Px activity.The results were as follows:(1) when 0.1~0.3 mg/kg Se was supplemented to the diet,Se content in blood and liver increased,GSH-Px activity in liver were stronger as the added Se concentration increased. GSH-Px activity in liver was as strong as the added concentration of Se.(2) With the same added concentration of Se,Se content and GSH-Px activity in blood were higher in the 0~28 day age than that in the 28~56 day age.It was opposite in liver.(3) Supplementation with Se increased Se content and GSH-Px activity in tissue, compared with control.When 0.3 mg/kg Se was supplemented to the diet,the effect was the best.Based on the above results,it was suggested that the optimum concentration of Se supplement was 0.3 mg/kg to the basic diet (meal-corn).
