荧光光谱法测定不同品种鳖中微量元素锌的含量

摘  要:
在磷酸盐缓冲液中,当激发波长为230 nm时,苏丹Ⅱ溶液在463 nm处出现一个弱的荧光峰,Zn2+溶液的加入使得该处的峰值增加,其增加值ΔF与Zn2+浓度在0.908 4~45.422μg/mL范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,回归方程为ΔF=15.97C-4.958,相关系数r为0.997 6,检测限为0.597 4μg/mL。基于此建立了微量元素Zn2+浓度测定的新方法,该法可用于鳖不同部位锌含量的测定。

摘  要:
A weak fluorescent peak emerged at 463 nm in SudanⅡsolution using phosphate buffer when the excitation wave length(Ex) was 230 nm.To the system,Zn2+ concentration in the range of 0.908 4~45.42 μg/mL was proportional to the intensity with the detection limits of 0.597 4μg/mL.The regression equation was ΔF=15.97C-4.958,r=0.997 6.This new method was applied in the analysis of zinc in turtle's different tissues.
