松嫩草地不同牧草体外干物质消化率的研究

摘  要:
2004年5月至11月期间在吉林省长岭县的天然羊草草地进行采样,采用经典的两步法进行了牧草体外消化率的测定。结果表明,全株羊草的干物质体外消化率随生育期的延长而下降,体外干物质消化率在29.75%~60.85%之间,体外消化率与生长天数表现为负相关,函数关系为y=189.04x-0.342(R2=0.9466);天然羊草草地伴生的禾草和其它牧草的体外干物质消化率总体上高于同一时期羊草的消化率,其中榆树叶、苣荬菜和碱蓬的体外干物质消化率较高。

摘  要:
The forage samples were collected in Songnen grassland located in Changling county of Jilin province from May to November in 2004,their digestibility was evaluated by a two-step in vitro method.The results showed that in vitro DM digestibility of whole Leymus chinensis gradually decreased with plant maturity,ranged from 60.85% to 29.75%.A negative relationship between in vitro DM digestibility and growth days could be expressed by function relationship: y=189.04X-0.342(R2=0.9466).The DM digestibility of other forage growing in natural Leymus chinensis grassland was higher than that of L.chinensis growing at same period,especially for foliage of elm(Ulmus pumila),Sonchus brachyotus and Suaeda glauca.
