横流风机位置对双风机圆筒筛清选机构性能的影响

阐述了双风机圆筒筛清选机构的清选原理,测量了该机构横流风机在3种工况下的流场;分析了流场的特点及横流风机位置参数变化对流场的影响规律,指出了流场的理想状态及改善清选性能的途径。

摘  要:
In this paper, we analyzed the cleaning principle of the two-fan cylinder screen unit, surveyed the flow field of the cleaning section in three conditions. With computer technology, we drew the figures of the flow field and the figures of the wind speed’s distribution. On the basis of the previous work, we analyzed the relationships between flow field and cleaning performance and made clear the influences of the changing of the cross flow fan’s location parameters on cleaning performance. We pointed out the flow field’s ideal condition and the methods to improve the cleaning performance.
