灰色关联分析在点火系统故障诊断中的应用

摘  要:
在分析发动机点火系统故障诊断参数的基础上 ,提出了用灰色关联分析进行故障诊断的方法。建立了基于灰色关联分析的故障诊断模型 ,给出了计算灰色关联度的具体步骤 ,建立了汽车发动机点火系统的故障集、征兆集。实例分析结果表明 ,利用灰色关联分析理论对发动机点火系统进行故障诊断 ,是一种行之有效的方法

摘  要:
Fault diagnosis plays a very important role for safe and economic operation of an engine. Fault concerning ignition system is an important type of automobile engine fault. Based on analysis of diagnostic parameters of the automobile engine ignition system, this paper presents a method that applies the gray relational analysis to fault diagnosis. A model of fault diagnosis by the gray relational analysis was established. A series of steps for calculating the gray relational degree during fault diagnosis is listed in the paper. In order to put above mentioned method into practice, EQ1090 automobile engine was diagnosed as an example. The fault sets, symptom sets of the EQ1090 automobile engine ignition system were given. The results show that the fault diagnosis method of automobile engine ignition system using the gray relational analysis theory is feasible.
