不同营养液对大西洋种薯生产的影响研究

摘  要：
[目的]寻求生产大西洋种薯的最佳营养液配方。[方法]在塑料育苗盆中无土栽培脱毒试管苗,设置3种不同处理的营养液配方(A1、A2、A3),用一次性施足营养液方法生产脱毒微型薯,羊板粪处理(A4)为对照。收获期对不同处理的种薯粒数、种薯大中小分级,以及种薯重量进行观测。[结果]处理A2(营养液加KNO3、KH2PO4、CaCl2(、NH4)2SO4、MgSO4.7H2O、EDTA-Na、FeSO4各1034、348、1501、70、4903、7.252、7.85 mg/L)的种薯生产总粒数为128粒,大、中薯率分别为36.6%、33.6%,比A4约高5个百分点,比A3处理高约40个百分点。A2处理的种薯长势与薯型最好,根和匍匐茎数量比A4处理高。[结论]A2处理的营养液配方较为合理,为脱毒苗大面积生产大西洋微型种薯提供了基本营养液配方。

摘  要：
[Objective] The study aimed to seek for optimum nutrition liquid formula to produce the Atlantic seed potato with mini-tuber.[Method] The virus-free test tube seedlings were raised in plastic pot by soilless culture and 3 treatments of nutrition liquid formula(A1,A2,A3)were set up.The virus-free mini-tuber was produced by fully applying the nutrition liquid one time,with sheep dung as CK.[Result] The total seed potato number in treatment A2(adding KNO3, KH2PO4,CaCl2,(NH4)2SO4,MgSO4.7H2O,EDTA-Na,FeSO4 resp.by 1 034,348,150,170,490, 37.25,27.85 mg/L in nutrition liquid)was 128 mini-tubers and the percentage of big and middle tubers were 36.6% and 33.6% resp.,being about 5 percentage point higher than A4 and 40 percentage point higher than A3.The seed potato treated by A2 had best growth vigor and potato type.Its tuber and grovel stem number was higher than that by A4.[Conclusion] A2 was the most reasonable nutrition formula,which provided the base nutrition formula for producing the mini-tuber seed potato of Atlantic potato in great area.
